The aim of the seminar is to train employees in the Warehouse, who aspire to operate the Warehouse in the best possible ways in order to ensure the maximum possible goods with the minimum possible storage costs. • The tradeoffs between Production and Warehouse and between Warehouse and Transport
• Outsourcing: when and why it is advantageous
• Ways to reduce storage costs

• Employees in the Warehouse, at all levels, from pickers to supervisors
• Business executives and graduates who want to operate in the Storage area.

Educational material will be given to all participants, as well as and a certificate of attendance. Those who want to participate in the training can also participate through e-learning that takes place in real time, giving the participants the opportunity to have active participation and direct contact with the lecturer and the other participants.
