The aim of the seminar is to train employees in departments that have a direct or indirect relationship with customer service, in proven and innovative methods and practices from international standards, which ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Educational material will be given to all participants, as well as and a certificate of attendance. Those who want to participate in the training can also participate through e-learning that takes place in real time, giving the participants the opportunity to have active participation and direct contact with the lecturer and the other participants.

Additional 150 €, for those who want to participate in the examinations of the International certification ELA – Customer Service (includes exam simulation, exam fee and certification).
